Check in begins at 4 PM (you can check in at any time after) and check out is at 11 AM.
You’ll receive the exact location of your cabin and a personalized entry code the day your stay begins. Once you reach your cabin, simply enter the code on the door and begin to unwind.
When it comes time to head back to the real world, take a deep breath and be sure to press the lock button on the door before you go.

We will have fresh bed linens waiting for you, as well as bath towels, biodegradable shower products, and basic kitchen wares. All cabins have their own outdoor space with a small table and chairs.

You don’t need a 4x4 or special vehicle to access the GTHR properties. We’re located close to town on plowed roads. We do suggest winter tires during the snowy months.

We have fast satellite wifi with download speeds of up to 125 mbps. There can be occasional dips in WiFi since it is satellite based but is generally quite reliable.
Work remotely? Yes! The inspiring views paired with quick wifi make this the perfect place to get stuff done!

We love furry friends and you can bring yours along for a small cleaning fee.
Keep them on a leash when outdoors and always clean up after them. We ask that you do not leave them inside alone if you leave the area. All dog waste must be cleaned up.

Each cabin is stocked with cooking essentials for use during your stay, including a two-burner stove, a fridge, dining ware, silverware, pots, pans, cooking/grilling utensils, kitchen knives, olive oil, and salt + pepper and coffee. Paper towels and dish soap are also provided.

There is firewood available for use nearby the fire pit. Please note that if a burn ban is in effect, a campfire is not allowed.

Our properties are located just outside the small town of Golden and there is great cell phone service.

Due to cleaning schedules we can’t promise special check in/out times in advance. If you reach out to us the day of your arrival we can text you as soon as the cabin is ready for you.
As a reminder, unless otherwise explicitly granted by our team, check in is at 4PM and check out is at 11AM.

Booking payments are fully refundable up to 15 days prior to the reservation. GTHR won't be able to refund your payment if you cancel your booking 14 days or fewer from the date of check-in. We may not be able to reschedule a trip within 14 days of check in

The hot tub and sauna are shared on a first come/first served basis with other guests on the property. We recommend packing sandals to make the walk more pleasant.

The tiny homes have a full bathroom, with a regular flush toilet and shower. The bigger cabins have a full bathroom and an additional half bathroom.
